Nice one guys, really impressed we killed her with a melee-heavy raid and with her at under 3% on enrage.

From a Raid Leader perspective......(ooo its like a Oscar's Speech)
Greatest day for me...I am so glad I actually made it....A lot of hard work from a lot of people to get here......
My greatest thanks go to....
Viv: Always covering my back on healing assignments....
Cov: Always prepared to argue with me on how to do it, without feedback we never get anything done, and for covering for me when I'm not around...
Phantomer: Dont think most folk realise just how much work ricardo does via GBank to get all the stuff we need....These pots we use on specific fights do not come out of thin air....
Erik/Aron/Gnarf: helping me not completely losing my cool on VT by calming me down in ochat 
Multiple Folk: That allowed us to swap out folk in the raid to take the best geared people in, and missed out on certain boss fights...Now the strategy is tight, we will make sure u get into the raid to get ur attunement / more gear
And to everyone else that has stayed in EP even though we have struggled with numbers etc....I'm sure quite a few folk may have been tempted to go to another guild with better progress (and in fact some weak willed individuals did )
We are not a very big guild and so it really is great that we have done this with limited folk, and a pretty casual raiding schedule...
Vashj is said to be the hardest TBC boss pre BT, so hopefully we can rip through Eye fairly quickly....really looking forward to the content beyond the Eye.
As to our focus now...
1. Rip through SSC in 1.1 days ...get more folk attuned....
2. Rip through Eye.....get everyone attuned on Kael....
I will be posting the obligatory vid links / boss guides soon. Please take the time to read them, as I think Solarian will go down pretty fast (nerfed in patch anyway from what I gather)

Very impressive. I have to say that the raid leaders in this guild work extra hard, and I know it's a very tough job picking raids and DKP systems and suchlike (had it really badly in Kara in my old guild as second to the GM, and that was bad enough!). We have some really good players fortunately, so our lack of numbers is made up for with dedication and skill. I'm sorry I can't be raiding with you any more but I try to provide help with theorycraft for the rogues with less time for random forum browsing, and I know everyone else does their bit. Good luck in The Eye, I'm sure you'll storm through it!
